3 bedrooms - 2 with kingsize besd and the last with 2 singles. There is also a travel cot available. 2 bathrooms - 1 with shower and the other with bath/shower. Tal-Y-Bont, Conwy is the perfect location for touring North Wales 5 minute walk to 'Surf Snowdonia'. 20 mins to Betws Y Coed and Llandudno 10 mins to Conwy and Llanrwst. 10 mins drive to the Carneddau Mountains. 15 mins to the nearest sandy beach on Conwy Morfa.

Spacious living room with dining area. Kitchen also with dining table. Highchair available aswell as a baby bouncy recliner and pushchair if required. Patio area with table and chairs to sit out and admire the view. Barbeque provided.

Tal-Y-Bont has a shop/post office selling most basic groceries and newspapers. There is also a local butchers and two pubs, all in walking distance.
Llwyn-Y-Coed Isaf is the ideal location for ramblers and birdwatchers. We have our very own SSSI covering 30 acres to the front of the property.
